Fridge Raid Meal: Creamy Miso Mushrooms on Toast
A Fridge Raid Meal using up some mushrooms I had got on discount. Creamy, garlicky and umami with miso, on homemade ciabatta and topped with a poached egg. So so so delicious, a luxurious breakfast or brunch option at home.
Fridge Raid Meal: Breakfast Tacos
Flavourful Breakfast Tacos made on the fly from freezer and pantry ingredients. A vibrant and exciting start to the morning, which could have been just some cereal and a cuppa.
Fridge Raid Meal: Blueberry French Toast
Fridge Raid Meal: Making the most of the blueberry and custard buns my friend had made a few days previously. Soaked in a luxurious cinnamon and egg mixture then fried in butter. Just delicious.
